Brokerage fees are never fixed, however, Best Choice Apartments company fee structure is as follows:

Buying Real Estate: The seller pays the entire real estate commission.

Apartment Rentals: Commission, paid by the tenant, unless disclosed otherwise.

Buyers Brokerage: A mutually agreed fee paid by the buyer (However, nearly all the time, the seller may reimburse the buyer for the entire fee (expense).

Commercial Tenant/Buyer Representation: Fee Paid by Landlord or Property Owner unless disclosed otherwise.
