Where do I mail my rental payments?

Payments are due by the first of month. Only one check is accepted per apartment. Please write you apartment number in the memo section of your check. All payments should be mailed to:

What do we do if we lock ourselves out of our apartment?
Answer:
Lock outs are your responsibility and at your expense. We use 7AÕs Locksmith they can be reached at 617-254-3742.

What do we do if our toilet is clogged?
Answer
Your first response should be to use a plunger and try to remove the clog in your toilet. If after trying to remove the and if you were unsuccessful call our office at 617-734-6900. If your apartment has two toilets it is not an emergency and will be repaired the next business day. However, if your apartment only has one toilet it is an emergency and you should tell the representative who answers the phone you only have one toilet and a representative will visit your home as quickly as possible. Each household is allowed one free visit for toilet and drain un-clogging. Anymore service calls will be billed to the apartment or deducted from the apartments cleaning or security deposit.

What do we do if our garbage disposal is clogged?
Answer:
Most importantly keep your hands away from the blades of the disposal!
First push the red reset button on the bottom of the disposal under the sink. Next use an allen wrench specifically designed for garbage disposals. Turn the wrench to the left and the right and then in a full circle until whatever was logged in the disposal is released.
If the disposal remains jammed call the office at 617-734-6900. This is not an emergency call and will be handled the next business day.
The management will cover the cost of one service call to unclog a drain, toilet or garbage disposal and service calls after the first call will be billed to the apartment and deducted from the apartments cleaning or security deposit.
