When did you get your Drivers License? I had to get mine right when I turned 16. Where I came from, we could get our learners permits when we turned 14, therefore I had already driven quite a bit. Finally the license was attainable. What I find funny now days is the change in mentality. I look at our 17 year old daughter and wince with confusion. She didn't even care about getting her Drivers License right when she turned 16. What's up with that? Have things changed so much in the last couple decades? She basically told us that she would go get it eventually, and she wasn't in any hurry. Although we were clearly puzzled, we decided not to push it.
