A description of our furnished short term vacation rental apartments in Chiang Mai, Thailand.


We offer 6 different sizes or classes of furnished apartment rentals in Chiang Mai and below we will give you a brief description of each so that you can decide which type of apartment suits your needs and budget the best.
If you still can’t make up your mind and you need more information then please contact us and we can answer any questions you may have and help you make a decision.

All of the photographs we display on our website are of our actual apartments and were taken within the last 3 months. We do not market you one apartment and then rent you another. If you require actual photographs of the apartment you will be renting, we will be more than happy to provide them to you if we have them.

No one likes surprises especially when they are tired from a long journey so we want you to be thrilled when you open the front door of your apartment and glad you made the right decision to rent one of our furnished apartments in Chiang Mai.

 

Studio Apartment

This is the first sized luxury furnished serviced apartment that we offer. They are located in either Peaks Garden Chiang Mai or Twin Peaks Chiang Mai, two beautiful Japanese designed luxury apartment building located beside the new Shangri La Hotel and the Night Bazaar in the center of Chiang Mai city.
They are approximately 35+ SQM as are all studios but are constructed, outfitted and furnished with picky Foreign investors in mind. The buildings offer swimming pools, fitness centers, 24 hour security and Elevators. These furnished rental apartments in Chiang Mai even though they are studios offer exactly the same amenities as the larger units so its only size and price you are saving on and not the quality.
All have hard wood floors, full kitchens with everything you need to make a meal and most of these holiday Apartment rentals in Chiang mai have small balconies which you can sit out on.
The difference between one of our studios and one of our competitors units is that obvious care has been taken when the apartments were built, furnished and decorated and when it comes to location you cant beat ours. Check out the photos of our Apartments and will see the difference.
Staying in a cheap imitation will save you no more than a few Euro’s a night.

Small 1 Bedroom

Sometimes if you are traveling as a couple then a Studio is not the ideal option. Everyone needs a little bit of personal space especially after a disagreement over who gets the window seat on the plane.
We can offer you a small one bedroom for slightly more than the cost of a studio. These units are just over 40 SQM and face into the atrium ( central garden area ) in one of the buildings. They do not have a balcony making them ideal if you have a small child. Although these units are interior facing you still get a lot of direct sunlight as the windows in the living room area are floor to ceiling. Showers built and toilets chosen with foreigners in mind so you will not feel like a giant in the bathroom and hot water 24 hours a day, something our competitors can only dream of offering you. Full sized kitchens with every appliance you will need to prepare a meal.
Designed and constructed with picky foreign investors in mind, these cute and larger alternatives to a studio will make you glad you spent the extra few Euro. We have a floor plan of these units on our website as well as some photographs.

 

Large 1 Bedroom

Only 2 of these units in our inventory sadly but we hope to get more soon. These units are about 60 SQM and all have balconies off the living rooms, decent sized bedrooms with King sized beds, great modern kitchens and views from the living rooms and in some cases the bedroom also. This floor plan is popular with long term renters so they become available not that often. We suggest upgrading yourself for a few Euro more to one of the Deluxe 1 Bedroom Apartments if one is available as the extra 20 SQM makes a big difference.


Deluxe 1 Bedroom

All of these Deluxe 1 bedroom apartments in Chiang Mai have either 1 or 2 balconies and most have breathtaking views in the direction West towards Doi Suthep mountain with its 800 year old temple or over the Shangri La Hotels tropical gardens and spa.
If its luxury you are looking for then any one of these apartments will definitely fit that criteria. The majority of these units are about 80 SQM and come in a variety of floor plans and locations within the buildings. All offer floor to ceiling windows, hand chosen furnishings and artwork, real plants and large balconies with tables and chairs. These units are in Peaks Garden Condominiums in Chiang Mai where the cost per SQM to buy is close to that of Bangkok.
All units are individually owned so each will be uniquely furnished and outfitted to reflect the owners character, personality and life.
These apartments are the most popular and usually are the ones that are fully booked.

 

Designer 1 Bedroom

Some investor owners purchased their apartments bare ( shells ) and then spent a considerable amount of money outfitting them to the highest of standards. Nothing locally made was good enough for them so most appliances, fixtures and fittings as well as the furniture is imported. No expense was spared and that is evident when you see any of these apartments.
We have a couple of these units available for rent and the minimum stay required is 5 nights. Understandably the owners are extremely fussy about their properties and prefer to talk briefly to perspective renters before approving their application. Sorry but the owners of these units have not provided us with interior photographs in an effort to preserve their privacy and the unit’s security. We can however provide you with a general floor plan of these units and during your discussion with the owner you may then at that stage request photographs.
If it is somewhere unique you want to stay then one of these properties might suit you.
Each unit is individually priced by the Owner and this price is determined by the amount of time you will be staying in the Apartment.

Standard 2 Bedroom

Currently we do no have any standard 2 bedroom apartments as demand for them dramatically dropped off last year. We can however source one out for you given a little time. If you are two couples why not consider renting 2 of the small 1 Bedroom apartments instead as the price would be roughly the same, in fact a little cheaper.
All of the units we offer are of the same high standard and if they differ in any way then the norm we will advise you before you make your booking.

 

Deluxe Penthouse 2 Bedroom

With 3 private balconies, a Jacuzzi and breathtaking views of the mountains and over the Shangri La Hotels tropical gardens, this is the most desirable unit in the building if not the whole of Chiang Mai. Indulge yourself and a few friends or your whole family in this stunning 140 SQM luxury penthouse apartment right in the heart of Chiang Mai city. There are 2 full bathrooms with the master bedroom having the Jacuzzi and two balconies off it. The kitchen is large enough to prepare meals for the whole family and it has a large American sized fridge / freezer and an imported electric hob inset into the granite counter top.
Large flat screen TV and pioneer DVD player in the living room will give you a change to preview all of the new movies that you buy in the Night Market.
The bedrooms have King sized beds, TV’s as well as independently controlled air-conditioning units.
Open the windows or balcony doors at night and let the sweet mountain air from Doi Suthep flow though the apartment.

This unique 2 bedroom penthouse apartment and beautiful Chiang Mai city complement each other perfectly and would make an ideal place to meet up with family or friends for a few days holiday in Northern Thailand.

This apartment is rarely available and always rented. Because of its cost the Owners are very protective of it and require a brief telephone conversation with potential renters before they will let us confirm a booking.

Budget / Cheap Apartments for rent in Chiang Mai
( 3 Star )

Not everyone wants to spend a lot of money on their accommodation in Chiang Mai and to some people the price is more important than something like luxury. Times are tough, exchange rates are bad and this holiday is probably costing you more than you planned already.

We can now point you in the direction of some Budget furnished appartments for rent in Chiang Mai that are located in or very close to the city but do not come with all the amenities and luxury that we offer with all our other Chiang Mai Furnished Apartment rentals.
If you do not mind being 10 minutes from the center of the city for instance, and if a smaller kitchen is ok and you are happy staying in a slightly older building with older lobbies and common areas then they hopefully have something for you.
You will still be taken care of in a similar manner but you will not be pampered as much as if you stayed with us.
What these people have done is taken an older Apartment in Chiang Mai and polished it until it shone but they could not change its location or the actual building amenities.
There are a limited amount of these units available ( Studio / 1 Bedroom / 2 Bedroom ) and they are ideal for the budget conscious individual or couple who is travelling and need a nice place to stay in Chiang Mai that will not break the bank.

They offer a 3 night minimum stay and they can also offer you weekly, monthly and yearly rates as well. Definitely the best low cost cheap apartment rentals in Chiang Mai.
