What is the cost of renting one of our Chiangmai Apartments


So you have got this far and now its time to see what it will cost you to stay in one of our luxury furnished apartment rentals in Chiang Mai.
I am sure that you are still shopping around for the right place to stay and that price is one of the factors that is important to you.
All of our vacation rentals in Chiang Mai are either in Peaks Garden Condominiums Chiang Mai or Twin Peaks Condominiums Chiang Mai. These Chiang Mai apartment buildings are Japanese designed with the foreign investor in mind so the standards, location and amenities are excellent. Both Apartment buildings have been recently constructed with Peaks Garden Apartment building Chiang Mai being just over 1 year old.

One last thing as you will not only be comparing locations and photos in your search, you will also want to know what is included.

WE INCLUDE the following items in the rate below but most of our competitors in Chiang Mai do not. When you factor in the below charges, most of the luxury apartments for rent in Chiang Mai that at first glance look cheaper, end up being more expensive than us because of their add-ons and additional charges. We do not believe in hidden charges.

No Service Charge.
Reasonable Electricity usage is included in the rate offered.
Water is included in the rate offered.
24 hour Hot Water is included in the rate offered.
Maid service twice a week is included.
The laundry of your bed sheets and towels is included.
Local telephone calls are included. All apartments have telephones.
Cable television ( 60 channels ) is included.
Bottled fresh drinking water is included.
Fresh Sri Lankan tea, coffee, sugar is included.
If you are staying 5+ nights, Airport pick up is included.
If you are staying 5+ nights, Wi-Fi internet is included.

All of our Nightly Rates and Charges are calculated and billed in Euros.
The EURO rates above are fixed and do not fluctuate unless changed on this website. All the rates quoted above are for payment by CASH only.

For your convenience we also display the rates above for 5 other Foreign currencies. These conversions were made the last time we updated our site and the rates could have increased or decreased since then.
The actual conversion rate we will use if you choose to pay in a currency other than EUROS will be the rate displayed on www.XE.Com the day before you check out when we prepare your bill. When you are paying your Booking / Reservation Deposit we will also use www.XE.com should you wish to pay in another currency.
By using www.XE.com, you can see how we make the currency conversions and the rate that is used. We do not try and make extra money off you by giving you a poor exchange rate while on the other hand most Hotels in Chiang Mai will give you their ‘Special Exchange Rate’ which is always extremely bad.

Rates are not applicable during Blackout Dates / Special Holidays or Festivals.

There is a 3 night minimum stay required and a 5 night minimum if you are staying in a Penthouse 2 Bedroom.
Floor plans of our Chiang Mai Apartments except the Designer Units are on our website.
All Apartments and rates offered are subject to availability.
Save some money and have a look at our Current Promotions.
No Toddlers or Children under 4 years old if the Apartment has a balcony.
If you are a returning customer and have a discount certificate, please quote the number at the time of reservation.

We offer reduced rates if you are travelling in a Group and require more than 1 Apartment or if you are staying more than 15 nights. Diplomatic Corps or Embassy / Consulate staff members please contact us for a special rate.

Sorry but we cannot accept advanced bookings or reservations made over 90 days ahead of time. We also cannot accept Reservations or Bookings for stays over 28 days.

If you wish to stay longer than 28 days we can certainly accommodate you in one of our other apartments in the same Chiang Mai apartment buildings where we have our short term vacation rentals.
We can offer you short term contracts in 3 month increments at a lower price but these units would not be serviced and you would be responsible for utilities, cleaning and laundry by yourself. A Security Deposit would also be required.
