Our Staff have a combined 30 years of experience working in these fields in many countries and are trained by some of the best Real Estate companies in the United States and Europe.
Our Business Manager is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the United States as well as being a Notary Public for the State of Massachusetts. He has worked in Corporate Relocation and the Furnished Apartment business for 5 years. He has a wealth of experience in dealing with Real Estate issues here in Thailand, Europe and the United States.

In Thailand there are many people who just rent office space, open their doors, hang a few photos of some apartments in their windows and call themselves a Real Estate Company.
There are few if any regulations governing the Real Estate business here in Thailand and when it comes to choosing a company to help you manage or sell your property, its experience and a solid proven track record that matters.

We offer, advertise and market our Luxury Furnished Apartments an  “ alternative to hotel accommodation.”
From our experience we know and understand that many people, especially business travellers would prefer to stay in an apartment rather than a generic 20 X 20 hotel room in Chiang Mai.

 

We are also extremely picky about who we rent our Furnished Apartments to and how they treat the apartments. We manage most if not all of our apartments and have a contractual obligation to the Apartment owner to make sure that his valuable asset is not mistreated. We have good relationships with the other Tenants in the buildings because we vet our clientele and have strict guidelines when it comes to what can and cannot be done inside the apartment.
We find that corporate and international clientele make better tenants and tend to respect our properties more.
We have a zero tolerance towards Sex Tourists , drug use and smoking in any of our properties.

In the near future we expect business to dramatically increase and we will be seeking new Luxury Furnished Apartments to rent. We require the apartment to be furnished to a high standard and for you to provide the basics that would make our Guests comfortable during their stay.  We can provide the everyday accessories like sheets, towels and small appliances.

Depending on your apartment’s location or building we would either rent your unit for a mutually agreeable period of time or come to some other arrangement whereby you can get paid a percentage of the rental income we get for the apartment.

We understand that you want your apartment to be rented at all times as it is an asset and your assets should be making you money.

Perhaps you have been trying to sell your apartment for months and your Real Estate Agent has stopped answering your calls. You have also toyed with the idea of sticking fliers on electricity poles around Chiang Mai to get a Buyer.
There are many apartments on the market in Chiang Mai and buyers, especially Thai buyers prefer new construction. Chiang Mai is now booming with many new luxury apartment buildings going up and being planned.
Why not rent out your apartment for a few months while you also search for a Buyer. At least you will be getting some income from your property.
If the apartment looks good and the building is nice then it is entirely possible that one of our Guests might consider buying it should they be looking for a second home in Chiang Mai.
Many Ex-Pats prefer to stay in an apartment in Chiang Mai for a few months while they get familiar with the city. Then if their intention is to stay here long term they usually end up purchasing a unit instead of renting long term.

Remember, it’s your investment and you are making no money when it is not rented or is vacant because it is on sale.  When it is rented to the wrong people or in the hands of unmotivated Management or Real Estate Company you might even end up loosing money.
