After a Guest leaves their apartment and they return home we always send them a brief customer service questioner asking them about their experiences in dealing with our company, staff and the apartment they stayed in.
We look at everything our customers have to say and if necessary make changes or adjustments to the apartments or our procedure.
We also ask our Guests to write a short note about their experiences, a testimonial of sorts that will be displayed on this website for other potential Guests to read. This is optional and we always ask our Guests to be honest with YOU us as it is YOU who will be reading what they write.
We believe that without honest criticism or feedback from our Guests, both positive and negative we feel that our Company would not grow.
