Reservations and Rates

DEPOSITS:
The deposit required to confirm your reservation is equal to one-half the total amount of your stay. Stays of one or two nights require payment in full upon booking. Deposits may be made on Visa or MasterCard. Cash or travelers check will be accepted for the remaining payment upon arrival. Personal checks will only be accepted fifteen days prior to your arrival.

REFUNDS:
All cancellations in advance of two weeks will be subject to a 25% service charge. The balance of funds may be refunded only if the suite has been re-rented for the entire period and price. Cancellations less than two weeks will result in forfeiture of your deposit in full.

RATES:
Pricing ranges from $95 to $175 depending on the time of year and the length of stay. Weekly and monthly rates are available upon request.

RESTRICTIONS:
No pets -- No smoking in suite 1 and 2 -- No handicap access -- Children welcome with limits.

MEALS:
No meals are served.
