Yep it is small, but for Harvard Square it is also "really inexpensive-or if you prefer cheap!!" The room measures 13 ft x 9 ft with one window that lets in lots of sun and is framed by a fireplace surrounded by carved oak molding. Sorry, it doesn^t work, but it is pretty to look at. To the right of the room is your bedroom which measures 9 ft x 7 ft with one window and one closet. The bathroom measures 9 ft x 4 ft Call ASAP to see.
