APARTMENTMAN . As APARTMENTMAN (TM) flies overhead, he sees Spiderman sliding down the side of a glass building. Puzzled, he decides to investigate. "Heh Spidey whatcha doing". (For all of you not familiar with the exploits of Marvel Comics human arachnid, "Spidey" is a term of endearment for our wall crawling hero.) Stunned, Spiderman looks up to see APARTMENTMAN (TM) hovering overhead. "What does it look like I am doing, " comes the retort from our exasperated web crawler. (Web crawler is just another term of endearment used by those on a first name basis with Spidey.) "Well actually it looks like you are sliding down the glass side of that building". "What's the problem " "It's these damn glass buildings. They just aren't as easy to stick to as the old fashioned brick buildings". " I ‘m trying to find an apartment and I spend half my time sliding down the sides of building. I just wish I could find a two bedroom apartment in a brick building so that when I come home at night I can just crawl up the side of the building and into bed." Would you believe that I have a two bedroom apartment. DIMENSIONS/ DESCRIPTION OF APARTMENT You enter the foyer which measures 4 ft x 5 ft. Straight ahead is the first bedroom which measures 10ft x 11 ft with 1 closet and two windows. To the right of the bedroom is the kitchen which measures 8 ft x 4 ft with electric range. (Sorry it's not gas but you will have to make due with it) To the left of the first bedroom is the living room which measures 14 ft x 14 ft with 2 windows. The walls in the living room/ second bedroom and kitchen are all exposed brick walls. Straight to the left of the living room is the second bedroom which measures 11 ft x 13 ft with one closet and two windows. The floors are hardwood throughout.
