This is a great unit, in an updated 2-Family House, located in a great area of Medford. Just off the Fellsway, close to Wellington Station, 93, and all sorts of commercial activity, shopping and entertainment. Despite being close to the action, the street maintains the feel of a residential neighborhood and is made up predominately of multi-family homes.

This unit is the first floor of the house. It has a very large layout boasting a large front-facing living room with bay windows, overssized dining room with towering ceilings, and a big Eat-in-Kitchen. The kitchen has a pantry equipped with full size washer & dryer, and offers an bundance of coutner and cabinet space. There is also room for a small dining table as well.

Both bedrooms are fairly large and are basdically equal in size. No one gets stuck with a small room. Bathroom is semi-modern and very clean. Additionally, there is nice deck off the rear of the unit as well as a front porch when you enter the unit. There is a large amount of storage space in the basement, which is sectioned off and accessible direclty from the apartment.

The monthly rent does not include heat and hot water, which is gas. One driveway parking space is included in the rent and there is also street parking which is not terribly competitive. Landlord requires First Month's Rent and a 1-Month Securitty Deposit. There is also a 1/2 month rental fee.
