The project has underground power cabling, a water filtration plant, avenue plantations and courtyards and gardens for each villa. More than 50 percent of the project s land is reserved for open spaces and recreational facilities. It has a ‘Butterfly Park with butterflies in an artificial flower garden. The project s other recreational facilities include a swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, a snooker parlor, a children s play area, a volleyball and basketball court, and a jogging track. The project is BMRDA-approved and has 24-hours security. It also has an area allocated for a mini-commercial complex.

‘Cloud 9 is located on Hosur Road near Electronic City. It has been developed by the Nu-tech Prasiddhi Consortium and has 128 independent villas. The villas are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and have twin covered car parking. Plot areas are over 2,400 square feet and the landscaped areas have coffee, pepper, coconut and jackfruit trees. The project is BMRDA-approved and has a clubhouse, swimming pool, amphitheatre, jogging track, children s play area and a gymnasium.
