So there are chances where these watchmen feel weary and resort to sleeping for hours. Then the opportunity for the thieves can arise.

The efficacy of a flat is determined to be advantageous than an independent house. But you have to be shrouded with rules and regulations. While you are open to be at your will and enjoy your own style of living, when considering you own an independent house and stay in it. However a property is always a pride possession.

Yes construction of a building without permission as stated in the Act of 1955, the civic body could penalize only Rs 1,000 on the builders going ahead with the constructions without first applying for approval of the building plan. Also builders breaking other rules with regard to the construction of the building get penalties even lower. These penalties should have been increased significantly long back to stay in track for the purpose of safety, which is necessary in such projects. So much is the casual attitude of the authorities of the MCH that in many areas land grabbing could be seen. People staying in residential areas where there is not much of the necessity of broad roads often leading to the narrowness of the roads by the residents much to their delight, where pieces of the road is grabbed by many residents. And the MCH takes no action to this offense. In the cities like Mumbai the rules are different, even people have to pay the road tax when traveling from one place to another in the city.
