The goal of our program is to manage the entire real estate purchase process for the professional in such a way as to make the event as efficient, painless and exciting as is possible for them and their family. The major benefit to the client is that they only have to deal with one professional real estate broker, Marsh Properties, Inc, who remains attentively at their service from the moment they begin thinking about where their next home might be until the day they open the door to their new home! Our compensation is in the form of commissions and is paid by the seller unless otherwise agreed to by you and Marsh Properties, Inc..

The following is an outline of the program services and the process:

A Marsh Properties, Inc. principal or senior agent will contact the client to develop their "wish list". Issues discussed include location, price, timing, housing type, floor plans and amenities required. We will provide the buyer with an overview of the marketplace in terms of the purchase process, relative values, trends, information on cities & towns of interest (historical, statistical, recreational, services, etc.), financing options, etc.

We can assist the client with locating temporary rental housing & rental furniture.

We initiate the purchase process by compiling an inventory of currently listed properties for sale that satisfy the clients needs in the communities they have agreed to focus on. These properties may include Marsh Properties listings as well as listings from the comprehensive network of cooperating Brokers we work with in each location. We access these listings via the Internet, print media, FAX and/or Multiple Listing Services.

We orchestrate the entire viewing process, including setting up every appointment schedule, picking up the client & accompanying them and/or other family members on each showing and then delivering them back to their workplace or temporary housing.

Marsh Properties, Inc. will assist the client through the purchase steps: Offer To Purchase, Home Inspections, Purchase & Sales Contract, Financing & the Closing.
