MAINTENANCE SERVICES The following is a cost of labor per man hour for non-contract customers. If you choose to contract our management services as well as maintenance, the cost per man hour is substantially reduced. Interior painting and decorating services - $38.00/man hour. Exterior painting services - estimates are given for each project. Handyman services - $38.00/man hour. Landscaping services - $38.00/man hour. Snow shoveling - $38.00/man hour. Flooring installations - estimates are given for each project. Project and construction management - fee based on the scope and size of the project. SUB-CONTRACTED SERVICES Our sub-contractors are on-call 24 hours a day for emergency services. The following services are available, at cost, for contract management clients: Plumbing and gas fitting Electrical repairs Parking area maintenance HVAC repairs and replacement Carpet and pad replacement Carpet shampooing and unit cleaning services Septic repairs and replacement Snow plowing and sanding REMODELING SERVICES Interior and exterior carpentry Vinyl and Cedar siding Window and door replacements Roofing Decks Note: Prices subject to change without notice.
