SUMMERS & SUMMERS was established by Anthony Summers and Eugene Summers in 1968. Anthony and
Eugene, brothers, were graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1966
and 1968 respectively, and bring to the firm over sixty years of legal
experience. Situated in Boston's Back Bay, the firm is very well known in the
area. Specializations include: real estate law covering many areas such as
purchase and sale agreements, mortgage conveyancing, condominiums,
landlord/tenant, evictions, litigation, conveyancing, leasing, zoning, and
representation before commissions. The firm represents over 90 mortgage lenders
including major banks such as BankBoston, Fleet, and Citizens.
Summers & Summer's clients range from first time home buyers, sellers,
condominium associations, management companies and real estate brokers. We are
a small firm that pride ourselves on our professional product at an affordable
