This 
        is an interesting property aspect, as the people not only discuss about 
        the prospects of two different forms of hyderabad 
          real estate properties but also it is indeed pertaining to a 
        contradiction in opinion. This matter that often puts the people of Hyderabad

        benefits of an independent house and a flat. Some people might prefer 
        a flat designed accordingly to their wishes. The advantage of staying 
        in a flat is that it safeguards your family through a basis of security.That 
        is the best part of a flat, which the builders keep on boasting in order 
        to boost their business.  
      
       At present we see almost fifty percent of the flats being booked as soon 
        as the foundation is laid for the construction of the apartment. And it 
        may take about one year for the completion. During this period the customers 
        of the builder do visit the site and examine the construction process. 
        Also the builder responds to his customers for their preferences. Therefore 
        the constructions are on a high. It is assumed that after every brief 
        span of time the cost of a flat rises. For example a three bedroom flat

        1.5 Million Rupees seven years back. Today its value is more than 3 Million 
        Rupees. Such a huge difference perceived to ascertain. On the other hand 
        the independent house always not suitable to be safe. But as some people 
        say about a flat, that "neither the sky nor the earth belong to its 
        owner". Well said, as you are restricted to the space available in 
        your flat and you can't proceed for the expansion of wanting a room or 
        two added for the visitors or so, is not allowed. Whereas you can enjoy 
        these changes if needed, when considering an independent house. 
           
        The availability of an independent house for sale or a piece of land on 
        which you want to construct one, is not easier. Where the area might not 
        be of your choice. Then it is fair enough for the selection of a flat, 
        where there are plenty of options available and it may be very well done 
        by the builder, who takes care of this aspect. There are a few restrictions, 
        when you opt to stay in a flat by purchasing it for that matter. But we 
        hear every now and then in case of an independent house that burglars 
        target it, easily to their advantage. Provided there is no security to 
        protect the house. There have been a few such cases registered so far 
        for flats too. But this happens very rarely. People prefer not to leave 
        the independent house locked for days for they are forced to cancel out 
        of station visits for the same reason. Whereas flat owners enjoy frequent 
        such trips along with their family together. But let us not get carried 
        away. As there are some situations where these security men uttered by 
        the flat owners as watchmen do ignore the importance of their duty to 
        be alert. So there are chances where these watchmen feel weary and resort 
        to sleeping for hours. Then the opportunity for the thieves can arise.    
      The 
        efficacy of a flat is determined to be advantageous than an independent 
        house. But you have to be shrouded with rules and regulations. While you 
        are open to be at your will and enjoy your own style of living, when considering 
        you own an independent house and stay in it. However a property is always 
        a pride possession.   
      
      When 
        you own a property you always happily satisfied and in a state of comfort. 
        This is something, which can be felt to a certain extent. Consider the 
        life style of most of the businessmen across India; they earn in huge 
        amount yet stay in a rented house. The motive is simple, as they do not 
        want to invest an amount of money on the purchase of a property. Instead 
        they keep on investing on their business. They feel that if the same amount 
        of money when spent on business; then it multiplies greatly. So they don’t 
        want to block their money by keeping hyderabad 
          real estate properties. 
           
        The importance of property attracts the middle class mind, as they are 
      fond of the benefits of a property. The anxiety and so much effort prior 
      to the purchase can be scrutinized as they enjoy discussing this matter 
      again and again. These people prefer to buy an independent house. But 
      when they fail to get one that fits their budget then obviously they look 
      for the flat, may be a two bedroom or so. And in the process the time 
      consumed much to their disappointment as the purchase can be delayed due 
      to their lack of decision-making and ultimately the price soars up. The 
      need to sell a property, may arise significantly in many situations. Parents 
      opt to sell their old property in order to get their son settled or to 
      educate further their children. Or in some cases to get their daughters 
      married, they have to spend huge money and if they don’t have they 
        sell their property etc.  
           
        Much to the ease of the property owners the rules across India for retrieving 
        the property tax are not strict. People enjoy the right to postpone its 
        payment, which then goes on multiplying due to pending liberty. Another 
        liberty accordingly to the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad (MCH) is 
        about a paltry penalty imposed on the builders. Yes construction of a 
        building without permission as stated in the Act of 1955, the civic body 
        could penalize only Rs 1,000 on the builders going ahead with the constructions 
        without first applying for approval of the building plan. Also builders 
        breaking other rules with regard to the construction of the building get 
        penalties even lower. These penalties should have been increased significantly 
        long back to stay in track for the purpose of safety, which is necessary 
        in such projects. So much is the casual attitude of the authorities of 
        the MCH that in many areas land grabbing could be seen. People staying 
        in residential areas where there is not much of the necessity of broad 
        roads often leading to the narrowness of the roads by the residents much 
        to their delight, where pieces of the road is grabbed by many residents. 
        And the MCH takes no action to this offense. In the cities like Mumbai 
        the rules are different, even people have to pay the road tax when traveling 
        from one place to another in the city.
